"but you know? it still hurts that you and everyone in my family died..."she said looking sad now but Suki sighed, gently patting her head.

"Mellina...there was a reason to why that happened and you couldn't do anything at the time because you were just a child. Don't blame yourself for this."she said to mellina that looked up at her.

"She's right. Besides, you should be happy and of the young man your with right now to help be happy."

Mellina looked at him while her mother Suki smiled, walking over and pats Brandon's back.

"Please rise, Brandon."she said as the rest of the family watched this. Same for mellina's father tomi.

i cant. im afraid i disrespected my position as your family servant by falling in love with the pureblood princess. he doesnt rise and he trembles as she touches his back.

some of the family members in mellina's family looked surprised while Suki and Tomi looked at mellina that she just lightly blushed pink.

"You never said that he was in love with you?"her father said but she just sighed, looking at them.

"I know but, that was back then. I was scared of guys and stuff but now, one of them actually loves me for who I am."mellina said to her father and the rest of her family.

he doesnt move except for his ears twitching at the sigh he heard.

"please, I know that our family is royalty but for brandon.....I love him."she said while some members of the saimia looked quiet, talking now of this.

he pulls his ears into his hair using only is ear muscles and stays bowed down.

both mellina's parents looked quiet while the other members kept looking at mellina.

"don't princess me! besides, my mother said that I can find love and I did.....even as a noble..."she replyed but others looked quiet.

M-Mel-chan Dont ill just have to leave you after we get back. his thoughts reach her parents but no one else not even Mellina. i have no intention of leaving her i love her and i WILL protect her as such.

mellina's family kept speaking but suki stopped them and looked at her daughter.mellina looked back at her parents.

Brandon stands and turns around without looking at her family and walked towards the gate.

"mellina, if your this serious of love.....then go....and be happy..."sora said, looking at him and her. mellina sighed, turning to see brandon gone.

he was still walking towards the gate as his family scattered and went where ever they were before he arrived. his mother waited at the gate for him and he spoke with her. im glad i got to see the man youve become. to be honest i didnt trust the wind or inglet to care for you. they didnt i survived on my own for many years before i met Muten Roshi. then inglet found me when i leanred how to fully control other elements. he starts to cry and hug her. mellina kept quiet but looked at down, thinking brandon's mad, hearing her elders saying she can love another but refused.

his mother apears next to her. Mel-chan i suggest you love him as you always have. he has a plan to disobey your clan. ive granted him my blessing so there is nothing they can do to stop you.

"really? thank you so much..."she said bowing but looked at her family but her mom just smiled.

mellina looked at him but looked at her.

mellina blushed but was thinking of what she said.

Brandon lands effortlessly on the ground as the portal spits them out. she is so embarrasing im glad im not ready for father hood right now. a feather sticks to his arm. Itai... huh he looks at it and is embarrased again cuz his mother heard him.
