He waited for her reply looking deeply into her eyes and his blush heated up.

She felt the same blushing, her hand still on his cheek.

m-Maid-chan... I dont mean to interrupt your thoughts... but can you clean my library again? if you do i will give you a grand reward. the idea popped into his head and he said it before he could think and rephrase it. his voice cracked i the beginning of his request but he recovered and continued speaking slowly and with confidence.

"um, okay master." she moved blushing and went to clean up.

He took a deep breath and exhaled all the extra heat building up in his body, from staring at her, in a thick cloud of steam. He wondered why he said it but then thought it was nervousness from looking into her eyes so long.

instead of sneaking to work and watch her work he stayedwhere he was and relaxed. hoping that she wouldnt mind him doing that. The books were scattered but some were stacked neatly on the ground. there was a large discard pile like he was looking for something quickly.

mellina kept putting the books on the shelf, humming.

Inglet shifted and rose out of the books yawning and he saw her turning from black to purple seeing her in the library. he move away before brandon found out he was watching her and went to sleep in the training area. Brandon watched time go by thinking about something to ask her.

She kept puttimg up the books while smiling. mellina looked around to check if she missed a book or so.

There was one under the far shelf. it was dusty like it hadnt been touched in years and she didnt see it last time she cleaned the library but it was always there. it had no title and was thick bound with leather and the aloy that makes brandon's skeleton. it was locked but she noticed the key to her family books could open it.

She noticed the book while thinking. Mellina could ask but didn't know if its okay to ask.

Brandon was still thinking but he did have one idea and he knew she would like it becuase she said once she did.

She kept cleaning before mellina was done. "finish, master."

Already? wow. He smiled but looked down. im sorry for the ammount of mess but i was looking for a book. its from your family and i wanted to have you read it but i cant find it.

"is it that one with all thd dust." mellina said.

Dust? what dust? he tilted his head not remembering dust in the library.

"hold on." mellina turned to the book she saw but gently took it down, walking to him with the book.

"you're welcome, master." she said suprised.

He jumped back relizing that she was his maid now and it was improper for him to hug her without permission. Melli-chan. im sorry its just im happy you found it becuase you can read it with me. but thats later. first i have to give you the reward i promised you.

"It's okay master and what reward?" she looked at him lightly feeling her cheeks pink but said nothing.
