Since everyone might want to go straight to pureblood with their OCs, we are going to limit the amount on the ranks. This is to keep everything fair for all, because if each Vampire OC was a pureblood...well...it'd be insane. (complete chaos o.o)

Level D - 0/40
Level E - 0/20
