he sits down on the window sill and thinks

She sighed while shaking her head but went to sit in a chair in her room.

"Oh, that's okay. If I didn't like you as company then I would have told you to leave..but I didn't."she said as she was holding her amulet in her hand.

"Yes, and mostly a gift from my mother."she said, looking down at it.

Mellina kept quiet but looked down at the amulet.

"It's okay. It still hurts if anyone didn't know what happened to them.....mostly, it still hunts me everytime."she said softly, looking at the amulet still.

"You don't have to say sorry.."she said, looking at him smiling but tears were falling from her closed eyes.

"I'm sorry.....It's just a old memory when i was a child...you didn't do anything wrong.."she said as she wiped her tears off her face and cheeks.

"*sniffing*Um..well...."she kept quiet but having a hard time thinking of something.

he waits quietly to give her time to think.

She kept crying while wiping the tears off but still having a hard time to think of anything.

he drapes an arm over her shoulder and tries to soothe her by humming peacful songs.

She kept crying and sniffing but she was also listening to the soft melody that Brandon was humming.

when he stoped his eyes were brown. that tune is what i use to fish humans with some times on a very windy day i can sing it and the wind makes it ethereal and at least one person comes and i can feed. i once heard from them that it was soothing and ralaxing so i thought i would try it on a vampire to see if it soothes.

Mellina looked up at him but still crying.
"Well, I think it's helping me..."she sniffed, looking still sad.

"Just a bit..but,"Mellina lightly blushed but looked down at her hands.

"Could you keep doing that? it's somehow helping me calm down.."

"Ok then." His lungs reverberate as he sings an ancient lament. instead of being sad its slowly uplfting as if honoring a fallen hero.
