Brandon's gutsy move

"whoo she has a temper... how does he deal with it being scared of angry women like he is..." he remarked sighing, "so he really is dead huh? well that puts us in a pinch." the latter was said to keep the hunters thinking brandon was dead becuase that is what he wanted. but Zero was waiting for Mellina outside the office and he stopped her pulling her close and pointing one of his pistol's at her head. "i don't want to hurt you but i will if you dont cooperate..." his voice was furious but not at her. "i need to know... did brandon really get killed by your fathers corpse or is it a ploy to find the necromancer." his grip was suffocating but he loosened it so she could speak.

Mellina kept still and quiet while looking ahead but she slowly felt her blue eyes glow to red. "Why do you want to know that?..it's none of your business.." she elbows him in the stomach hard but hits him away from her. "Besides, I thought you never would care of such a thing.." Mellina was not in the mood but turns to walk off.

"i care because i have a score to settle and it wouldn't be very satisfying to know that i didn't settle it before he died." he held his stomach as a large bruise formed thick and heavy.

"Well, yuo have to find out yourself.." she said walking off again.

Zero's glare at her words felt like a knife through her heart even if she did'nt see it, But just after it she could sense brandon.

She kept walking down the hallway but heads ot her dorm.

when she opened her door Brandon ambushed her with a hug. Hello milove i missed you.

She almost fell on her back but hugs him back. "welcome back.."

"Then you shouldn't be here. If they found out you ditched, they are not going to be happy." she said looking ot the ground.

"I love you too but I don't want you to get in ttouble." she said touching his cheek.

He smiled kissing her lips gently, i won't get in trouble.

She smiled but kisses him back gently.

when she needed to breathe he pulled his head back and opened his eyes to look at her. he felt full of energy despite the fact he was in the middle of a mission when he came back and he smelled stronger than ever ,scent wise. does Melli-chan have a request? he spoke softly despite the two of them being completely alone for miles.

"Hmmm, my request.." she said thinking happy.

he put his forehead against her and smiled yes. ill do any one thing you ask so make it good.

"My request is...to take me on a request mission with you but..somewhere that we are just together. No one else just you and me....and that I get to help." she said.

Oh? sounds like you have a fun plan in store behind this request. as promised i shall. he picked her up in his arms after kissing her lips and vanished to the portal he used to get back. walling in they were tele ported to a different part of the world. he didnt like portals but they made it hard to track him. the place they were in was romania overlooking a large ruin of a castle beside and at the center of a lake. it was a crystal clear lakeand brandon was in a group of trees overlooking it. there were two beds both recently disturbed on the ground and two burnt spits for fish. sitting down with her in his arms he looked out at the castle. this is the place i suspect your father is being controlled from rather under this place. he pointed at the ruin indicating it with his speech.

"Are you really sure?" she asked worried about this place.

old legends say the balmont family used to live here then dracula was born and they fought agaist his armies of evil and darkness losing all they had. soon only one line remained surviving through trevor balmont and later simon. brandon moved to clean up the beds one smelled like a girl but nothing else did not even the spits for fish. the lake bubbled a tiny bit near the island but stopped. repeating itself every half hour. the beds were separated on opposing sides of the grove and footprints of brandon and who ever slept in the other bed never crossed. rolling up a blanket brandon jumped suddenly as an earring stabbed his finger. Ouch. he dropped the blanket fixing it but put the earring in his pocket thinking out loud to return it to someone from another vampire family.

My mission here is simple watch the castle for any change and report the change to silva a strange girl. she smells like a mage but i cant be too sure. sometimes she would sit with me and watch but others she had to deliver reports. i asked her if it was okay for me to visit you but she said that while you were here she would stay away... something about special time... i didn't understand her. he smiled and turned his back to the lake. the instant he did a fish-man burst out spitting a fireball and throwing a trident at brandon.

She said nothing but kept quiet listening to the story.

the trident was absorbed in flames and brandon reflected it back killing the fish-man. (sahagin) he was sweating like he wasnt used to something like that even tho it was weak. how did it... sneak up on us...

"I..I don't know." she said worried.

well i can sense it fine and a couple under the water, they wont surface... oh wait... she said something... brandon was digging near a tree where he was looking when he was attacked and pulled up book. she said that she can feel magic from your name and made this book for you. she said that if dracula was revived you could help with these anti-evil spells of ice fire and time the book was thick and brandon went on to say, this has detailed intructions on how o use her magic. she said that if i were to give it to you, it would allow you to use her powers as if they were youre own
