hmm... well i go to the hot springs and soak for a while then i rub my shoulders until they are relaxed and loose then i rub my feet to loosen them up and then my back.with my wings cuz i cant reach with my hands. then my arms for mobility and my legs for the same reason. after that i sleep for an hour.

the only difference is my muscles become perfect and my hair changes... oh and my powerlevel breaks the scale.
