Fun and trying times

She heard that but got up and heads to her window to open it.

"just some old notes."she said but looked at him.

he slips in and lands silently on the floor looking at the papers.

she closed the window and walked back over.

he starts to sort them out by time index, early to latest.

mellina looked quiet but looking at him.

alright here you go. he hands them to her to read.

"thank you."she said, taking the books.

he sits back under the window sill.

mellina puts them down but looked at the first to read.

Brandon stares intensly into her eyes to read the information.

she kept reading, writing notes for later.

When she is finnished he looks away. what did you find out?

"old info, things of our ansestors, old texts, etc."she said, getting up.

"yep, lots."she said, holding a medium thick document to him.

He takes the pages and reads them. Before lond he looks depressed and puts them down before hiding his face in his knees.

she kept quiet, looking at him but went to place a gentle hand on his shoulder.

i always feared but never believed it... he doesnt look up.

"what is it?"she asked.

mellina kept quiet but looked worried at him.

"then......your the only kind of race?"
