New class with new lessons

Mellina was sitting in her usual seat in the classroom with the others while writing some things down as class was going on smoothly as usual.

Brandon walks in as he was at the village but his sword was in its sheath. after looking at the room he chooses a place in the highest corner next to a window and sits on the air after moving his chair.

*Sigh* I guess the old man was serious about this place having great meals.

he looks at the day class dorm and his nose twitches twice.

some others in the class were looking at the one near the window, whispering about him while mellina looked over too but kept quiet.

his ears twitch for awhile and he sinks into a meditation when he gets tired of the wispering.

Mellina kept looking at him but saw him mediating.

"guess he meditates for his reasons....almost like me doing that with my control of the elements..."she muttered, looking back at her paper.

she hears his vioce in her ear but he doesnt move an inch,

no im meditating to seal my hearing from the gossip.

bic:"I guess so..but what can you expect? some or most of the others in this place do that....to make it more interesting....I guess.."she said, looking at him again.

maybe but im not used to people being around without pointing weapon at me its kinda weird.

he continues gazing at the day class dorms looking through the windows to see how many humans are there.

Mellina looked quiet but noticed him looking at the day classes area but looked at her paper.

"If your wondering..there are a few human students here..but some don't show up much......"she said, writing something down.

im just counting how many people I can see from here.

he looks down into a wooded area and spots a birdnest with sleeping babies heads poked out from underneath the mothers wings.

humpf lucky kids i really miss those days

Mellina smiled at that but looked at her paper still.

"Guess everyone has good luck where ever they are..."

Brandon eyes turn brown as he looks at the desk.

no they're not trust me on that.

his voice ages a bit and goes back to normal at his next breath

"Now i'm confused, what do you mean by that?"she asked, hearing some others now talking about mellina behind her back.

my family wasnt lucky and as far as i know im not lucky i have had to work for everything up until a year ago.

his voice ages again

Oh, um....sorry about that...."she said, looking at him.

*sigh* its ok you didnt know how could you we only just met. Im Brandon by the way.

a warm flowery scent brushes her nose as he blows a small puff of air out of his lungs.

"Nice to meet you. Names Mellina...."She said calmly, smiling gently at him.

Mellina i think i can remember. its not a name that ive heard very often so im pretty sure ill remember it.

his ears twitch as a Black blob slaps againts the window hard.

"Same with your name, Brandon and what was that?"she asked, looking at the window of the black blob like some other students too.

a vein rises in his head as a red eye peers at the girls with a piercing stare.

he is an old friend of my grandfathers and he only shows up where there are girls so he can see through their clothes
the blob explodes and runs down the pane of glass until its is completely out of sight.

Some girls in the class looked shocked or angry while mellina kept calm but shook her head.

"Okay, that's rude and weird at the same time..."

i wish he would turn back into his normal personality for at least a decade.

he hurridly apologizes to the people in the room.

The other girls took his appology while going back to work while mellina waved his sorry away.

"You don't have to say sorry to me. they might accept it, but it's alright.."she said, looking at him.

no its not i may wears these clothes to protect me from the elements but most girls wear them to cover up.

he sighs as he sits back at the top of the room with no chair nd his feet clearly a centimeter above the ground

"Uh, okay if you say so.."Mellina said, looking back at her work while seeing more working on theirs too.
