Blood sickness

"how do you feel?"Alice said very concerned.

*sits next to Mellina on her bed*

"Do you need anything?"

"I'm...Fine in a way. Though, I told brandon not to give me blood. I should be dead by now."Mellina gently looks at alice and Molly. "And I'm fine, just very weak so I can't move right now..."

"Auntie..... If he gives you blood, you should at least take it. You're not only hurting yourself but you're hurting him. What do you think he feels right now?"

*looks at Brandon*

'*Sighs* He feels disappointed or ashamed I guess. I told him I wouldn't drink his blood because I didn't want to hurt him."she sighed looking to Molly again.

"And you're not only hurting him.... you're hurting us. If you die, Brandon dies. If Brandon dies, everyone else does too. You and Brandon are the only ones keeping us safe. This has become an academy for misfits. Where else would we go? Most of our homes have been destroyed, and most of our family is dead. There's nothing better than this little family we've made up... and without you and Brandon..... then this family isn't a family at all."

"M-molly, you really......think that?"She looked to her then felt a bit sad now.

"shes right you two are the only ones keeping us alive"

*nods and stares at Mellina. Her face was concerned and she didn't have any signs of crying. She wasn't the weak little girl she came as anymore*

"...I'm sorry. I didn't know I was hurting everyone. I mean, I'm used to....many things but I just thought I was hurting him from feeding from him when I get hungry."Mellina was looking at her arm where the injected blood was going into her.

*looks down for a minute, then looks back up*

"please let him fed you blood so you can stay alive i dont want you dieing"

"It doesn't hurt him... and if it ever does, I'd be happy to donate blood."

"I don't want to hurt him...I'm too scared to hurt him. I mean..I know I'm a...a succubus and everything but I don't want to drain him dry."her voice chocked up afraid.

"ill donate some blood too"

"No you won't. I don't want to drain anyone dry of their blood."Mellina said a bit more scared.

"Mellina, if he dies you know you'll die too. Then we all die. It's either we keep you alive or we all die."

"if im drained i can always ask chery for more she can give me a potion"

"I can't.."She feels her grey dull eyes water up with tears but hand fisted up tightly, feeling the I.V being moved a bit.

"I never run out of blood. I have some kind of regeneration ability. You won't hurt us. We're fine."

Thinking on this, Mellina just sighed but looks back at them. "Alright, I'll let you two help but I'm not going to keep requesting for this. I'm going to accept the blood but i'm not feeding from brandon no more. I'll get some packs of blood from the nurse if I get this way again."she said.

"You're still warm, though. Maybe it's a fever."

*smiles and wets the towel more with a small bottle of cold water*

"You seem fine, now."
