Locked past

Mellina was shocked while hearing him say that but just stays quiet, looking down. ".....b-brandon-kun..." she remaiend quiet but didn't know if she should. She did care for her friend but also for her mommy. Without speaking, she hugs him back gently. "Brandon, I.......that's really sweet...but......*grips the back of his shirt*...not yet...one day we will..but not now.". She pulls back from him but looks into his eyes. "Besides, they will think you kidnapped me and well...might end up hurting you."

"I know one day...we can run away together but not tonight..*moves back*..they will find me, take me somewhere for a while....please dont' follow me brandon-kun...I think you will find me or I find you..just promise to stay here...." she looked at him but said nothing.

Mellina looked at him but nods, going to him. "One more thing; thank you for being my bodyguard..." She gently held his hand but kisses him on the lips blushing. The wind blew from that till she pulls away then looked out. "You should go and find your mommy and daddy..they might be looking for you..remember, I'll see you again brandon-kun...me promised..." With that, she quickly runs off or back to her home while knowing the others were waiting for her or some ready to take her somewhere cuz of her mental condition.

he waited where she wanted him to knowing his mother and father were stronger than she could imagine and he would wait for her forever.

She kept running while looking down seeing her home but then her mother, her tears showing happiness. The elders were angry for what she did but told her she's going to a mental hospital for a while but she just nods, looking at them. Somehow, they saw she was not scared like before as they grab her and took her away. Maria was crying but knew the elders thought it was best. as long as she was alright, it would make her mother and herself happy. When they left with her, mellina thought of one thing; 'Till we meet again, brandon-kun...'

~In real life~
The nurse and Theo were quiet while looking at Mellina as she sleeps but then the nurse snaps her fingers to see her waking up. Mellina sits up while holding her head but sees the three but felt bad for what she did years ago.

"Dont' make me feel bad as I do now, brandon okay? I know it was bad...but I didnt know.." she looked away from him but the nurse rubs her back. "Well, good news is we got about 3 memories unlocked. It's your choice ot do the next one but want to rest up for a while again?" she asked, seeing Mellina nod.

Mellina said nothing but sighs, getting up on her feet but looked away from him. "Okay, lets just stop here for the night. Do you know when we do this again?"

"Well, we can do this every 2 weeks or in one week, it depends." the nurse said while theo was by her side but she picks him up and held him. "does that work for you and him?"

"Yeah, that works. Thanks..." she said before heading to the door but stops, opening it. "Brandon, get rest too. I got a feeling the next memories we unlcok will be worse than the other one..." She kept quiet before leaving out into the hallway.

"That's sweet, brandon-kun..but you need rest. I'll be fine and at least your resting...I"ll see you later." she said, wlaking off again holding theo.

he stopped infront of her. wait. i dont need rest im fine.

"........" she kept looking down holding theo but looked up at him but eyes were no longer red but blue now, since she's understood more of herself. Her true eye color has shown now.

i want to spend time with you. he held her hands. can i please?

"But brandon, your going to get tired later on you konw that." mellina thought it was still nice for him to do this even knwoing he needed rest.

"Brandon-kun please...*holding his hand* You need rest.....just do that okay?"

"Mellina? I think you should go hand out with brandon today...it's still good outside tonight plus your recovering yourself. Maybe spending time iwth him will help." theo explained but she looked at him before back to brandon.

Mellina looked up at him but sighed, shaking her head. The one thinkg she knows about brandon is that he never gives up.

Mellina kept looking at him but looked at theo that jumps out of her arms but sitting down. She looked at them both till she looked to brandon. "Alright, alright fine...but if your too tired or I see a sign of that, you go to your dorm." she said.

Mellina thinks of this but just nods. "Alright."
