he waits for her reply.

"well, eating contests, surfing or swimming, maybe having exploring adventures around this island."she said.

"okay then." she giggled.

he walks to the edge where the rocks cast dark shadows and he dives in not coming up.

She saw him get up but then dive in. mellina looks in the water but kept quiet.

it looked sallow with dark shadows from the rocks but she couldnt see him.

"where did he go?" she asked quiet.

his head popped up. i thought we were going to swim.

"yeah, we are." she said, getting in the water.

he swims down again and the water was very deep

She dives down but swimming.

it was deeper than she ever thought the blackness she thought was shadows from rocks were deep pits and brandon was swimming down into one.

She kept swimming behind him but looking around. She wished to see better but just kept going.

it didnt get dark until they reached the sea floor and the opening to the pit and it was very cold and heavy all around them.

mellina kept near him while looking around, never seeing anything like it. She kept near him underwater while looking.

despite the cold he kept swimming down into the pit but shortly after he did he swam into a tunnel that opened up into a cavern with air in it.

mellina kept swimming but went to the surface too.

it was cold and dark and the air tasted like he had filtered it like when they breathe together. brandon lit an energy ball that cats light and warmth on the cavern and it was small like a temporary hideout.

She looked at him but around to this place.

"okay but where are we going." she asked.

to the coldest place on the planet. he was drowzy but the warmth was keeping him awake.

"how can that be?" she asked but went to him to hug him, trying to keep him warm.
