two weeks ago Brandon went to the realm belongin to the demons after changing the contract his clan made with inglet the old ruler of the demonic realm inglet gives Mellina a connection to Brandon while he was on the mission. inglet passes letters from Brandon to Mellina and vice versa. But today he came empty handed. Im sorry Mellina but Brandon went missing during the mission. My contact reported he went into the lair of an outcast titan but never came out. Brandon's first letter was information about his mission : to find allies against the forces of hell that were planning to attack earth. In the letter he also said that if she wanted to know for sure he was alive all she had to do was see if his feather was still pure white. if it ever turned black he was dead and she needed to move on and avoid mourning his death.

the feather started to glow gold and a feeling of comfort washed over her. in his second letter he explained that the feather can only glow gold if it was pure white. and that he was seeking a group of rebel demons who were in hiding and she wouldnt hear from him in a few days.

he flashes to the ground to pick up something he dropped and nearly crashes into her. Whoa he dodges her and crashes into the ground instead.

she looked shocked for a few seconds then shook it off while turning to go and check on him.

"Hey, you okay?"she asked.

he groans as his feet fall down into the dirt. the objects he was carrying were tomes of his clan's travels. ill be fine... a huge purple birdlike creature screeches into existance and he shoves her aside before it grazes a tome. screaming like the universe was ending it and the tome ceace to exist and were erased from time leaving a hole in the universe that closed quickly.

OOC: i dont know if you know this but ill say it anyway. a tome is a massive book of ancient times.
