Mellina's broken will

"A little bit. I don't want you getting too hurt if I do this."she said while looking at him then at the tattoo.

She looked at him for a second when he said that but sighed, looking back at the tattoo on his arm but lifts her hand to gently bite into her wrist to make it bleed a bit. Her blood drips on the grass but she held his arm still but looks at him, asking,

"Are you really sure about this?"she asked.

"I did want to stay near you and help but....I guess that's the only safe reason but if it goes wrong, i'm going to help anyway."she said, lifting her bloody wrist up above the tattoo and see some drops of her blood hitting it. Nothing seemed to happen yet till the tattoo begins glowing the golden demon color while making her blood bubble now.

brandon prepares to absorb the energy of the mark to make it his own.

Mellina was watching while seeing it glowing more and more till a small powerful energy burst pushes her back to make her land on the grass but she gets up again seeing more and more beginning to form around Brandon and try to speak out now.

brandon focuses on collecting the energy into a single point to contain it.

Mellina watched worried while seeing Brandon do that but was hoping he can do what he said.

brandon finished gathering it before shooting it into space creating a hole in the atmosphere that closes quickly. when there was no danger he collapses from the effort and becuase the tattoo used up all of his energy before coming off.

Mellina quickly rushes over to check up on him while hoping he was alright.

he was completly out of energy but otherwise he was fine. his scent became overpowering and his wings and fangs grew.

mellina got close to him but gently touched his cheek in worry.

"brandon?"

he was sleeping but unharmed except for a slight burn on the tip of his finger where he collected the energy. it hadnt healed because he was out of energy completely.

She kept quiet while seeing his fingers but gently held his hand and begins healing them for him.

he slowly wakes up as the healing energy is absorbed into him. did it work?

She kept quiet while looking at him but kept holding his hand, healing his fingers that were burned a bit.

"Yeah, you did. The tattoo is gone so your alright now."she told him.

why are you holding my hand? he asked not knowing about the wound that used to be on his finger.

"no reason.."she said gently letting his hand go but looking at him.

she shook her head.

he looks at his arm its off at last thanks Mel-chan.

"your welcome."she said.

he kisses her as another thank you.

she gently smiled at that but glad he's okay.
